Mobile Cleaner

Areas – Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham, Portsmouth

Permanent, full time (35h per week) including 2 to 3 evenings per week and every other weekend

Salary: £13 p/h

Our client, Lemon-Cleaning is an independent local commercial cleaning company providing office, commercial, one off and regular cleaning services to their clients. They also offer specialist services including deep cleans, electrostatic cleaning and all of your washroom service needs. As an independent company, they add a more personal touch with greater attention to detail and understanding of the importance of every customer’s needs.

They are now looking for a reliable and self-motivated Mobile Cleaner to join their team!

Mobile Cleaner, the role:

• Cleaning a variety of sites (offices, haulage, veterinary/aesthetics practices)
• Working independently as well as with cleaners across various sites
• Monitoring on-site levels of stock and equipment and notify the management team of any issues noticed
• Collecting sites’ keys from the office (weekly)
• Securing the sites at the end of your shifts (key holder responsibility)
• Carrying out shifts when there is staff sickness (as and if needed)
• Using the company app to measure working hours and performance

Mobile Cleaner, the person:

• Previous experience within a similar role will be beneficial
• Great communication skills - with both other staff members and clients
• Good technology skills – use of app on mobile is essential for the role
• Respectful of clients and their property
• Understanding that each client has different requirements which must be undertaken
• Ability to work to a schedule and adapt if a job may take more time or a schedule may need to be rearranged
• Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace
