Various shifts available - Day Shift 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday or Late Shift 16:30-01:00 Sunday to Thursday

Salary: £13.13 per hour - Day shift / £14.50 per hour Late Shift

Our client, MSX are a family run specialist Warehousing and Distribution Centre based in Totton, Southampton. They pride themselves on their professional and highly motivated staff providing a high-quality, hassle-free service for their customers.

Due to continued growth, MSX are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy and successful warehouse team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with others.

Warehouse Operative, the role:

• Transporting goods via forklift safely and efficiently

• Accurately picking orders to be ready for dispatch

• Ensuring all orders are stored safely in correct locations

• Palletising stock

• Helping with goods in – loading and unloading

• Checking paperwork and goods received from suppliers

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping all areas of the warehouse

Warehouse Operative, the person:

• Forklift experience essential (fully accredited external Pivot Forklift Training provided)

• Knowledge of working in a warehouse environment or similar is a must

• Flexible attitude

• Pro-active with the desire to learn

• Hardworking

• Understanding of manual handling ideally with fragile goods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
